IFM Russian Introductions Terms and Conditions 1. We charge a single membership fee of GBP 165. The membership terms are as follows: 2. You can remain our member for as long as you wish until you get suited and contact as many ladies as is necessary to establish a relationship at no extra charge. In other words, we do not restrict your membership period or the overall number of introductions you receive. 3. Members establish contact via our internal messaging system and if both parties wish later via personal contact details e.g. e-mail, phone and fax etc. 4. No annual membership fees 5. Membership is not transferable 6. Our service is provided for the sole purpose of contacting our lady members with a view of establishing a relationship. The member agrees not to use the service for any other purpose or to promote any other service or product either directly or indirectly. Members join on the understanding that IFM Russian Introductions (hereinafter referred to as 'IFM') accepts all information provided by its members in good faith and cannot accept responsibility for the outcome of meetings between its members. The representative service in Russia is optional and is subject to the representative's availability and agreement and is not included in the membership fee. In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations you have seven working days cooling off period (cancellation period) counting from the day after you have submitted your on-line application form which is when the contract for our service is deemed to have been concluded. However once you commence use of our service whether or not it is within the cooling off period then no refund or partial refund of the membership fee is possible. Use of the IFM service is deemed to have commenced once a member logs in to the IFM web site with his allocated username and password. 7. If you have made payment on behalf of another person who has applied for membership of our service then you agree to be guarantor of such payment and agree to be bound by this clause of our terms and conditions. If a member/guarantor causes IFM to incur any expense legal or otherwise then the member/guarantor will reimburse IFM for all such expenses. If any amount owed by a member/guarantor to IFM remains outstanding then IFM reserves the right to suspend the service to the member until the amount owed has been fully paid. In addition the member/guarantor will pay IFM interest at a daily rate of 2 % above the Bank of England base rate for all outstanding monies owed until IFM have been fully reimbursed. 8. IFM may at its sole discretion edit any text in the profile or decline to publish a photo which it regards as inappropriate or offensive. If the member terminates his membership or causes IFM to terminate his membership due to any non compliance with the terms of this agreement then no unused portion of the membership fee (if any) shall be refunded. 9. IFM does not accept liability for any loss (consequential or otherwise) sustained by the member or any third party as a result of the member's use of the service, or as the result of any administrative error or omission by IFM or as a result of any failure in the operation of the IFM web site. The liability of IFM to the member or any third party in any other event resulting from whatever cause shall not exceed £ 1 (one pound). 10. The member agrees that the information he provides in his application form will be used by IFM to create his member profile which IFM has the right to edit and exclude from the profile any information which it regards as inappropriate or in breach of these terms and conditions. Personal contact information provided on the application form will not be included in the profile. 11. By making use of this web site the member is deemed to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions as confirmed on the application form.
